If you're going to offer a complimentary wash, please wash the car properly. Large areas of the car were missed (very obvious on black) and this was clearly a rushed job. Don't offer to do something unless you're prepared to do it properly.

Car was picked up and delivered back. When booking in I advised the car has crystal coating and BMW agree to no complimentary car wash but it was washed anyway! Unable to examine it due to disability so hopefully no damage to the coating!
