While the sales staff at the Centre were excellent, the gap between ordering and delivery was disappointing, although it was made clear that was the expected time it would take.

David showed what the car etc looked like on the big tv screen, also showed a similar looking one on the shop floor which was nice to see roughly what it would look like. Gave approximate expected delivery dates and why it takes so long to arrive.

It would usually be a 5 but there was confusion as my appointment had been cancelled, as the part hasn't arrived, but I was not notified so not on the work schedule. They then discovered the part had arrived and completed the job in an hour!

I was satisfied, one area of improvement though would be to be able to drop my car off before 08:00. I am sure your workshop staff would appreciate this as would I as I start work at 08:00 and it would save me from being late.
