I just found the overall experience excellent. The sales man Isaac was first rate and the whole atmosphere was calm which made things easier to think and ask questions. It renewed my faith in car dealerships.

Car was in for a service, mot and requested rear disc and front pad replacement. Front discs were not good so required replacement, however, the calliper pins were damaged but had to be ordered delaying completion of work.

Work was completed as part of a recall. Done on time and even got the car washed. Great! The annoying part was that as soon as I got home there was an email from the sales department trying to sell me a new car, less of the hard sell please.
