I had an emergency situation and drove in off the motorway. I was given coffee, water and biscuits for my dog, a walk route for th dog. When the problem was identified, I was given a brand new courtesy car for the weekend.
Service is always excellent. Natasha in the service department is so friendly and helpful. Simon who works on the cars is also excellent.

Took one month to get a new clutch. Had to send to Germany for it. Garage showed little interest in communicating with me. I had to do all the chasing up.

As I mentioned above it was hassle free getting my car booked in and vehicle was ready when I was advised it would be also I was kept up to date with service repairs
Car was returned in quick time, but I did mention about the volume on the sat nav before bringing car in this was never mentioned at service desk

When I eventually booked my car in I asked how long it might be required for I was told perhaps two hours but perhaps all day!!!
Dis-organised, didnt valet car properly, kept me waiting 30mins for my pick up. Manager was too busy getting his coffee than speaking to me.
Everything was completed as expected. No surprises.
The person you speak to on the phone is knowledgeable, friendly and clear. You can speak direct to an enginer if needed. The collection and delivery are completed as promised. The car is clean, well valeted and serviced as stated.

Rear brake pads needed to be replaced with only 9000 miles left on them.I checked the discs 2 days before the service, but there was no scoring. However Grassicks changed the discs unnecessary, at a cost to me of £220 I was not happy.
Comments as above, and customer care in being offered an end of warranty check / service, which was much appreciated.
Staff make sure you are well satisfied at time of visit and picking up finished clean car.
As above re Grassicks, however they have introduced a complimentary vehicle health check which was sent to me electronically with an option to authorise the quoted spend electronically. Id prefer a phone call to discuss.

Awaiting delivery of my 5th BMW, another series 2. I find Grassicks easy to deal with for servicing and sales. My 218i averages just on 50mpg (petrol) for my10,000 annual mileage and apart from 2front tyres at,32,000miles, has needed non repairs.

A bit disappointed my Sat Nav was not updated, considering I asked for this to be done in the email I sent 3 weeks prior to the service. I was told I would need to bring the car back another time.

I have now entrusted my car servicing and repair , despite there being another dealer nearer to home , to Grassicks for some years now as I have found them to be efficient , helpful , entirely reliable and a sound and pleasant team to deal with.
In spite of renovations taking place service was as one has come to expect.

Phone calls from Edinburgh Eastern BMW assured me the car was due for a service. I had about 4 phone calls so when the call came through againHe car was booked into Perth. On arriving service was not due at all!!!!

After driving 35 miles homeI read an e mail stating that the vehicle health check had diagnosed a puncture. Nobody mentioned this before I left the garage. Called & informed that I should have been told I had a slow puncture.

The dealership notified me in good time that a service was due. On arriving, pleasant and friendly staff offered a ride into Perth, which I declined as my wife has been unwell recently. We collected a fully valeted car, shining like new.
This was my first time with Grassicks and I wasn't sure if they could match the superb service I had from John Clark. They did. I was particularly pleased with the thorough but pleasant response to my first phone call with Service Reception.
on collection of my car i was told that it had been washed. if you are goin to offer this as a free extra i would like to have it done properly the car was very poorly washed and i would have been happier if they didnt bother
Although from item was missed which has resulted in the car being returned for inspection I was completely satisfied by the level of service.
There was a slight misunderstanding as how long the service would take as there was a small recall to be dealt with at the same time as the service The girl on reception didnt know how long it would take and resulted in me hanging about for 4hours
I was told that the service would take 1.5hours, reasonable for a first service, so I elected tom wait.Thinking that I had booked in before 8:30 I thought that around 10:00 would be good.It was nearer 1:00. Another client told me that at the least

Quality of work on my complimentary valet was fairly poor - shiny bits on the dash were left very smeared and I had to sort out when I got home.
The professionalism and helpfulness of Grassicks personnel are the primary reason for my continued return. I have noticed a drop in customer service since the company was bought by Eastern, but my main points of contact remain way above expectations
Grassicks BMW is undergoing a massive redevelopment and parking/service at t is moved to Mini next door. There was no prior warning of this when I booked in the car. Parking at Mini is limited as well.
I offered to show them where I thought the noise (rattle) was coming from. They did not take me up on that offer. Replaced the door seal and as I was driving home the rattle appeared again. I took a day off work and travelled over 60 miles (return)
