When I reached the service desk I was told that because of the mileage my service package had expired. I have had a service package on many occasions in the past any had presumed that this was of the same structure 5 years or 60k miles. I was shocked

Due to the scratches that have been made on the two wheels where tyres replaced and due to three weeks after I sent in photos to the service manager Stuart Lackie at Grassicks (after being told to do this by the dealership) I have had no reply

There was a warranty problem which turns out to be a known problem with the series. I am informed that some cars had been recalled to make the repair. Why not all cars?

I had to return to my office and leave an important meeting in Dundee to pay a £290 invoice or they would not release my car despite me calling them and saying I would pay it.
During this visit I spoke to Justine, Natasha, Ivan, Neil at the spares and had a good chat with Chris Sullivan about recently purched M5. In fact everyone I spoke to could not have been more helpful. An absolute pleasure .

Never a problem booking in. Transfer back to home , work or courtesy car if required. Updated on progress of visit. Any problem issues or ma have to wait on a part. Always keeping you in the loop.

Generally satisfied. For a requested earlier return I declined the offer to have it cleaned as my own efforts keep the car spotless. When returned I was told it had in fact been cleaned and this caused an unnecessary wait. Not kept informed of delay.
Difficult problem with my cars adaptive lights, Service staff persevered.

Due to refurbishment extremely busy at reception.Did not fit rear wiper blade replacement as requested.waited 25 minutes in reception to find out why it had not been fitted.Then told if I waited 1.5 hours it would be available.Still waiting for call

The reception was good and turnaround time was exceptional. The reason I have marked this down was I mentioned the excessive tyre wear when I dropped the car off as 14K isn't acceptable and it was just brushed off as being normal wear, I was shocked.
The service work and additional warranty work , were completed first time and earlier than expected , Natasha Hay kept me informed at all stages through text messaging and arranged my collection , Very happy

I would have preferred a detailed explanation about the fault, why it could have occurred and if I should expect it again in the future, and if so what I should look out for - I am now a bit cautious driving any distance.
On the day of repair your team were all very good at their respective jobs.

I bought my recent BMW during the VIP Event. They made me feel like their number 1 VIP - even though there will have been other customers potentially spending more money on more expensive vehicles. Customer service was on point.

From the first visit to Grassicks, until the time of driving away in the new vehicle, they were very professional but gave you the impression that their priority was to make sure you were more than happy with the whole experience.

Taking delivery of my car almost seemed to be an inconvenience to your staff. The little touches and extras were missing and Natalie left feeling empty, like the fuel tank.
I've used this dealer over the past 18 years They were taken over recently but I hope the same level is service continues
