Still awaiting a special part (a soft close door handle), hopefully with this expensive item replaced and a new battery it will stop the drain on the battery while stationary. This was the diagnosis but we won't know if it cures problem until fitted.

Efficient polite staff, easy to arrange service: In the current lockdown, dealer arranged to collect and return the car which was hassle-free. Good communication on progress of service, with online video of vehicle inspection. Car returned clean.

Everyone at Grassicks Garage in Perth were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always kept us informed of the progress between the sale and delivery of our car. In particular Jonny Wilson, gave us an outstanding level of service.
Everything was set up very well and made me feel at ease with social distancing etc.
We had some issues on delivery day allowing my son to accept the car on my behalf whilst I was at work, but these were sorted quickly by the staff.
I was kept up to date on the delivery, it did take 6 months, however these were due to circumstances out with their control ie Corona virus and brexit. Overall I was completely satisfied.
