Was promised a phone call back to arrange a time but I had to call back myself to book the car in. This was the third time I've had this issue

Everyone ver curtious to me. And I was given the opportunity to test drive the latest 8 series whilst my car was being repaired. I loved the car.
The valleting wasn't needed inside my car having done it myself the previous week however the exterior washing was a total joke. Missed parts and other areas dirtier than it was to start with.

Because last fault was intermittent, it was difficult for them to establish cause. Their Service Advisor (Natasha Hay) was excellent at communicating progress etc.

2 months in and out of Grassicks to have warranty paint work done and a free complete full professional valet. On first collection of vehicle front bumper not painted. A further month to have front bumper painted. On collection car not valeted!

After calling Stirling and having a poor experience and then the following call to Perth and talking to a Lady called Carla she was absolutely fabulous..
After every service or visit to the garage you ask how the experience was and I tell you, but nothing changes! Very frustrating

Couldnt ask for better
I initially purchased my car at the end of March 2019. After some 2 weeks there was a noticeable droning noise when the car reached 45-65 mph. I had 2 visits to Grassicks to diagnose and fix the problem. Chris Sullivan resolved the issue to that day.
Did not like the new experience, a girl sitting at a desk where I had to ask if that was reception. I was then taken to one of your operatives where he had all relevant paperwork. It seems you have member of staff too many.

Everything was fine, except that I was led to believe the MOT would take 60-90 minutes, and I agreed to wait until it was completed. Unhappily it was just over 3 hours before I got the car back. Someone was unaware that I was waiting.
Grassicks have at last found a fault which could account for the problems I've been having, and although I cannot fault their attempts to find a solution I have now been driving a car I cannot be sure of for 18 months.

Everything was carried out as explained
The lock replacement was fine, the car washed and parked outside. The problem was that it hadn't been washed off with clean water leaving dirt residue on the bonnet and roof. I was however pleased to have a nice car for the day arranged by Ryan.
Support and care could not be better
I got the impression the staff didn't know much about BMW approved Trackstar. I had to suggest they might want to get me to fill in an application form. It was only Trackstar's emails to me that informed me my car was finished. No dealer contact!

Excellent service experience from start to finish, very friendly and knowledgable staff. Lovely new showroom and customer care facilities, including dog bed & biscuits! . Brake fluid service took just under an hour to complete with full valet
Service was carried out as expected, kept informed of progress, and vehicle handed back on time. Video provided on vehicle as part of service. Service was covered as part of BMW Service Inclusive Plan so no additional charges were incurred.

There were visible flaws in the windscreen, visible in strong sunlight. This was highlighted at the time of the service. This was discussed in person with the Service Manager,who was to investigate further and come back to me. this hasn't happed yet
The sales rep answered all my qusstions and was not trying to influence me in any way. He was extremely helpful and put me at ease with his non pushy approach.

A very positive experience. I have dealt with Ryan on a number of occasions and he is first class and a credit to Grassicks BMW. Only minor issue was that it would have been useful to have had more time to go through the technology of the car .
The whole process was a problem. There was a 'bridging' situation where the previous car was due to go back before the new car was ready. They told us they would give us a pool car meantime. It all fell apart & BMW finance took over £13,000 from us.!
