It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. The garage had excellent Covid-19 precautions in place, and I was given clear instructions regarding sanitising the key and how to leave the car (air con off, etc). The car was ready early, communication was excellent and the cost was reasonable.

On arrival it was already understood that I was on a tight schedule for getting back to the island on the last ferry, everybody worked hard including starting the service almost as soon as I arrived (20mins early).

On a very wet day I was offered a lovely seat in the lounge area and supplied with coffee while waiting for the car to be serviced. Job was done efficiently and thoroughly and cost was reasonable too.
