You are always receive a warm welcome when you visit the Grassicks garage.
They did what the said they would. The service team, Ivan and Neil in particular, were easy to talk with and polite and friendly.Courtesy transport to and from the city centre was an added bonus.

I was met at the door of the garage, greeted and completed all the required details within a few minutes. I was offered a lift anywhere, or a complimentary breakfast at a nearby restaurant, or the use of a customer lounge.

The service was performed satisfactorily.It seems that the service consisted of an oil/filter change, pollen filter change, a computer check/satnav update.I would prefer the service/parking brakes to be checked also.I had to retune the radio.

Dropped the car off, identified the issue, fixed inder warranty and then delivered back to me in a few days.
The sales staff were very helpful and flexible. At handover, it was week 1 for the product genius, so a lot of gaps in her knowledge and even some info that was simply wrong. Not a big deal but perhaps more comprehensive training before starting.
The whole BMW experience was sold very well. I could very well be a repeat customer.
