On a very wet day I was offered a lovely seat in the lounge area and supplied with coffee while waiting for the car to be serviced. Job was done efficiently and thoroughly and cost was reasonable too.

Perfect execution of the required tasks, due to the Covid situation there was little human contact but what there was was very well thought through. All interaction with the service engineer was by remote means and at all stages I was kept informed.

I was asked when it was convenient for me to take it to the garage and whether I wished a courtesy car. (I preferred my wife to drive me to and from the garage because of the pandemic situation). The car is ready when you say it will be.
The service was excellent particularly in these difficult times of Coronavirus. I felt secure and the work was undertaken as agreed and the vehicle valeted before return

Not sure if covid 19 impacted this but it wasn't an exciting experience. Felt very process driven and not customer centric. If you buy an Audi you get flowers, voucher and a goody bag. I got nothing which when u spend a lot didn't feel great.
