Our centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. On a very wet day I was offered a lovely seat in the lounge area and supplied with coffee while waiting for the car to be serviced. Job was done efficiently and thoroughly and cost was reasonable too.

Not sure if covid 19 impacted this but it wasn't an exciting experience. Felt very process driven and not customer centric. If you buy an Audi you get flowers, voucher and a goody bag. I got nothing which when u spend a lot didn't feel great.
