Although from item was missed which has resulted in the car being returned for inspection I was completely satisfied by the level of service.
There was a slight misunderstanding as how long the service would take as there was a small recall to be dealt with at the same time as the service The girl on reception didnt know how long it would take and resulted in me hanging about for 4hours
As above - I have personally owned 28 BMW s, many of them supplied by Grassicks, they have been a 9/10 throughout. JWG
Quality of work on my complimentary valet was fairly poor - shiny bits on the dash were left very smeared and I had to sort out when I got home.
I was told that the service would take 1.5hours, reasonable for a first service, so I elected tom wait.Thinking that I had booked in before 8:30 I thought that around 10:00 would be good.It was nearer 1:00. Another client told me that at the least

Grassicks BMW is undergoing a massive redevelopment and parking/service at t is moved to Mini next door. There was no prior warning of this when I booked in the car. Parking at Mini is limited as well.
I offered to show them where I thought the noise (rattle) was coming from. They did not take me up on that offer. Replaced the door seal and as I was driving home the rattle appeared again. I took a day off work and travelled over 60 miles (return)

I was amazed that for the cars first service the car is not checked for fault codes via the ECU and no search is made for any software upgrades. I would have thought this would have been standard procedure.
i have tried three times to get satisfaction about my handbrake but to no avail ihave to pull handbrake up to last didget and car is still not held in place this may cause an accident.
Very helpful mechanic, who explained everything in full, what my car needed.

Excellent service provided from Ivan at Grassicks. Only issue is he is so busy that trying to get a hold of him to speak to can be difficult.Technicians finally found fault in car but wish it had been discovered the first time around.

You are always receive a warm welcome when you visit the Grassicks garage.
They did what the said they would. The service team, Ivan and Neil in particular, were easy to talk with and polite and friendly.Courtesy transport to and from the city centre was an added bonus.
Staff very informative and prompt at contacting me.
I was met at the door of the garage, greeted and completed all the required details within a few minutes. I was offered a lift anywhere, or a complimentary breakfast at a nearby restaurant, or the use of a customer lounge.
