From initially arranging a test drive to getting our exact specifications to ordering our new X1 was professional. On taking over the car everything was explained and there was great help putting the apps on the mobiles.

I was kept informed as how everything was going. The lady at the reception desk was absolutely lovely and asked me if I would like a coffee and was very cheerful and very polite. And was extremely busy back and forth all of the time but still smiling

Expensive. Poor quality valeting. I expect better. I have not experienced this before from a BMW dealership and Ive had 5 BMWs from different dealerships with no issue.
