I agreed to purchase my new car and picked it up just after two weeks later which I was more than happy with as I explained there was no rush.

Richard kept us up to date with the progress of our car through the production process at BMW's plant in Regensburg ,Germany, right up to the day that it was delivered to Grassicks BMW Perth. The hand over day of the new X1 was so enjoyable.

I asked check in to pass a message on about checking key. This was not done On the day they never called back when I called They called me to say tyres needed replaced But I called them back I never got an answer and therefore that meant two trip to

Sadly only 1 of the 2 issues were dealt with. Last year I was told you don't deal with tyres, again this year there was a nail in my tyre this time I was told it could be replaced .....there was a mix-up in communication it was not replaced.
