Fast and efficient turn around when dropping off and collecting. I liked the fact they sent the bill and a link to pay before I collected the car.

The garage had excellent Covid-19 precautions in place, and I was given clear instructions regarding sanitising the key and how to leave the car (air con off, etc). The car was ready early, communication was excellent and the cost was reasonable.

On arrival it was already understood that I was on a tight schedule for getting back to the island on the last ferry, everybody worked hard including starting the service almost as soon as I arrived (20mins early).
On a very wet day I was offered a lovely seat in the lounge area and supplied with coffee while waiting for the car to be serviced. Job was done efficiently and thoroughly and cost was reasonable too.

Perfect execution of the required tasks, due to the Covid situation there was little human contact but what there was was very well thought through. All interaction with the service engineer was by remote means and at all stages I was kept informed.

I was asked when it was convenient for me to take it to the garage and whether I wished a courtesy car. (I preferred my wife to drive me to and from the garage because of the pandemic situation). The car is ready when you say it will be.
I was told initially that a courtesy car was unavailable, the salesman I bought my car from Ryan came to my rescue, I explained to him that I absolutely needed a vehicle and he was my HERO of the day!!! Thanks Ryan
