It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. We had our X6 in for a brake fluid change and a few Warrantee issues before it ran out. They also done a pre MOT/health check. They MOT'd X6 as well Although it was seven weeks early .they kept us up to date with the process until finished.
