Did not like the new experience, a girl sitting at a desk where I had to ask if that was reception. I was then taken to one of your operatives where he had all relevant paperwork. It seems you have member of staff too many.
They phoned back to arrange the appointment- unlike another BMW garage I called. Car taken early and returned on time

Everything was fine, except that I was led to believe the MOT would take 60-90 minutes, and I agreed to wait until it was completed. Unhappily it was just over 3 hours before I got the car back. Someone was unaware that I was waiting.
Grassicks have at last found a fault which could account for the problems I've been having, and although I cannot fault their attempts to find a solution I have now been driving a car I cannot be sure of for 18 months.

Everything was carried out as explained
The lock replacement was fine, the car washed and parked outside. The problem was that it hadn't been washed off with clean water leaving dirt residue on the bonnet and roof. I was however pleased to have a nice car for the day arranged by Ryan.
Support and care could not be better
I got the impression the staff didn't know much about BMW approved Trackstar. I had to suggest they might want to get me to fill in an application form. It was only Trackstar's emails to me that informed me my car was finished. No dealer contact!

There were visible flaws in the windscreen, visible in strong sunlight. This was highlighted at the time of the service. This was discussed in person with the Service Manager,who was to investigate further and come back to me. this hasn't happed yet
The options were honest, the workmanship excellent.
Work started early finished early car delivered in clean condition
Standard of the after service valet was way below my expectations.
It took 5 weeks to resolve the problem with my car which was caused by a known fault. I had contacted Grassicks in the first instance who told me to contact BMW directly. When I had no responses after 5 weeks they intervened.

all was fine and car provided when off the road.

Service video highlighted that two of the vehicle tyres were fitted incorrectly (rotation direct) and I feel if I had not taken up the issue with the service manager then it would have been released back to me in that condition

Professional and courteous service
The car came out of the workshop with the same problem that I had told them about on a number of occasions.
From my issue with the car to the resolution nothing was a problem.
Grassicks service department is always first class, everybody makes a great effort to ensure the best customer service is delivered constantly.
The car was booked for an MOT and dealt with without too long a wait to drive it home.
The car failed it's MOT initially because the windscreen washers didn't work, the filter had clogged up, I raised this with the Edin BMW in the warranty period but they initially refused to resolve it quoting me £320 to fix it, Grassicks cost £100
Had poor experiences in past but this time was fine.
There is no other garage I would trust my cars to go than Grassicks The staff are honest and helpful and nothing is a problem to them
When I reached the service desk I was told that because of the mileage my service package had expired. I have had a service package on many occasions in the past any had presumed that this was of the same structure 5 years or 60k miles. I was shocked

There was a warranty problem which turns out to be a known problem with the series. I am informed that some cars had been recalled to make the repair. Why not all cars?

Due to the scratches that have been made on the two wheels where tyres replaced and due to three weeks after I sent in photos to the service manager Stuart Lackie at Grassicks (after being told to do this by the dealership) I have had no reply

My appointment time was 9.30 but the wrong part had been ordered and this meant that it incurred a longer wait to be repaired
My problem was identified, resolved and explained in a reasonable time scale.
The whole process was a problem. There was a 'bridging' situation where the previous car was due to go back before the new car was ready. They told us they would give us a pool car meantime. It all fell apart & BMW finance took over £13,000 from us.!
The staff have always been very helpful
Only one key came with the car which necessitates a long return trip to have the locks changed.

I had regular updates from Danny to keep me updated with the progress of receiving the car.
Would have been completely satisfied if our new car had a full tank of fuel after spending so much money on a new vehicle. This is no reflection on the sales person who said it was outwith his control.
I bought my recent BMW during the VIP Event. They made me feel like their number 1 VIP - even though there will have been other customers potentially spending more money on more expensive vehicles. Customer service was on point.

From the first visit to Grassicks, until the time of driving away in the new vehicle, they were very professional but gave you the impression that their priority was to make sure you were more than happy with the whole experience.
