My vehicle went in for the engine management light to be checked it was found to be a fault egr valve this was replaced under warranty and I was back on the road in no time at all
Spotted the unusual problem with the drivers seat and organised and repaired in quick time. A good experience.

Overall pleasant experience - provided lifts albeit drivers I think need to be a bit more 'clued' up in terms of representing the Grassicks brand. Car wash not completed due to frozen pipes on day - totally understandable.

Reception staff were brilliant. One small job required a return to the garage a few days later-this was not inconvenient.
Everything was as they said it would be and we even came back to the dealership to find our car washed and vacuumed. Top class service all round.
There was no record of an extra piece of work to be carried out as advised in an email from Rosalyn. When I was told what would be needed it sounded different to what I was advised. Better communication needed and still awaiting email verifcation

The Personal service from Grassicks has won me over and although I have never purchased a vehicle from then (as yet) I always take my vehicle there for service all be it a tad further than my nearest dealer.
