Complaints Procedure - We hope that you're pleased with any purchase you have made or service you have received from Grassick’s Garage Ltd, and that you will never have reason to complain - but if there's something you're not happy with, we would like you to tell the relevant team here about it so that we can try to put matters right for you. Grassick’s Garage Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Complaint handling and dispute resolution process - Contact us straight away. My recent visit to Grassick’s in Perth was an extremely poor experience! My car was in for it’s MOT on 27 October 2017 and it was passed by Grassicks with several ludicrous recommended advisory comments - see above since there is not enough space!

There are a few things which were not clear or obvious from the brochure or in line portal which only became apparent after collecting the car. Example extended storage is list when you opt for smart cruise control in drivers lower dashboard.
