Complaints Procedure We hope that you're pleased with any purchase you have made or service you have received from Grassick’s Garage Ltd, and that you will never have reason to complain - but if there's something you're not happy with, we would like you to tell the relevant team here about it so that we can try to put matters right for you. Car went in for change of wheels from winter to summer. During valet the "piano black" interior trim inlay by the idrive control was noticeably scratched. Grassicks agreed this part will be replaced.

When I booked my car in for a service they still listed my registration as YJ64 YYT. I advised then that it was KR14 TTT. When I dropped it in for a service. Still listed as YYT. Advised them again. Invoice had old registration also. Please correct.
