After having the service I took my car for a run to find the tyre pressures were all over the the place,I would have thought that would have been a main priority to make sure the car was fit for driving on the road

I have always enjoyed excellent service from Grassicks - a a garage which is a joy to be with. But something has changed recently. They don't return phone calls, there seems to be no continuity of service, they don't seem willing to address faults

Thank you for your feedback. You know that your car failed the MOT test & considerable time was spent carrying out the necessary repair. This left insufficient time to then re-programme your car. This was explained to you on collection & we had understood that you required your car to be ready so that you were not delayed. We are sorry that under these circumstances we were unable to complete all the work on the day. Thank you for your 'still the best BMW garage in the area' comment.

In addition to it's first service my X5 had a slight problem in that the lid in the floor of the boot would come out of it's right hand fixing when it was opened up and this was rectified without any additional charge which was pleasing.

I would have ticked completely satisfied if the visit had actually fixed the fault. I still get the occasional squeal on take off after releasing the hand brake. Otherwise the service and staff courtesy are excellent.
