No issues whatsoever with my service. Carried out quickly.
Had to explain a few times what the problem was but when they listened everything was fine.
Put car in for Service and in fact mis- read message on computer as it did not have enough miles on clock.

Having to chase up the department for updates shouldn't happen and also on drop off of my car to collect courtesy car the car put back for me was given away, given salesman's car for a couple of days then had to swap it out for another due to time.
Thought they might have fought my case more with BMW but didn't seem to want to work for the customer. In my business I would be doing everything to find a suitable solution for my client.
Pleasant experience with first class service
I was given an estimate for how long the service would take. As the work progressed I was informed and kept updated on likely completion time. It took less time than originally estimated.

From the receptionist to the driver who ferried us to and from the town and the service staff everyone was very courteous and friendly and explained everything that was happening.
My fears after the change of ownership did make me concerned that service would not remain as it has been over many years. It was gratifying to see the same faces and to be made welcome, going home knowing that the good work will continue.
Grassicks collected the car and returned it after the Service. Also the cost of the Service was seasonable.

From the time of contacting the garage to arrange for the problem with the car to be traced to the time the technician spent in diagnosing the problem during a road test with my wife the whole experience was very professionally dealt with.
Paintwork damaged was caused by car being powerwashed after a service.

Very courteous service and ease of getting on to wifi in the customer lounge. The car was IMMACULATELY cleaned.

My car required a service and recall issue to be rectified which the letter stated would last around 1-2 hours with a 1/2 day for the service, after phoning to say another recall issue was needed I was left without transport for a total of 2 1/2 days
Thank you for your comments. We carried out the recall as you stated but found a potential problem with the timing chain on your BMW. We spoke to BMW UK on your behalf and managed to get this significant repair carried out free of charge even though your BMW warranty had expired. Had you asked for a loan car BMW would have been happy to provide it as the parts required were not in our parts stock & it was a lengthy repair. We are sorry that you were inconvenienced.
When we took the car up they were able to pinpoint the problem and it was dealt with immediately. While we waited in their comfortable lounge they kept us up to date with the progress of th he repair.
Car was collected from home spare car was left to use. Own car brought back in the evening with receipt

Only in this case a first service. But , living some 40 miles away , the work was completed while I waited ( not too long and with much good coffee) as previously arranged.
The service was very personable and all questions were answered quickly. The after-sales care has been very thorough.
We are always looked after very well by Alex Tayler, the salesman who deals with us. He explains the necessary data to us.
Truly knowledgeable salesman who had come up through the workshop and made me feel he really wanted to help me find the car I wanted rather than just make a sale.

Friendly staff. The only issue was the very recent change in specifications on the model I purchased which was not immediately clear.

The care taken by sales and genius staff was excellent. The time and effort into trying to secure the best deal possible to my satisfaction was paramount. This family run business made sure that I felt completely happy.
My experience at the BMW Centre was great, my consultant was very professional, helpful and friendly. The only problem i had was the timescale form date of order to delivery date was around six weeks longer than had been advised at point of order.
David who was my salesman was excellent throughout, didn't push or force anything and was attentive throughout the process
