Complaints Procedure We hope that you're pleased with any purchase you have made or service you have received from Grassick’s Garage Ltd, and that you will never have reason to complain - but if there's something you're not happy with, we would like you to tell the relevant team here about it so that we can try to put matters right for you. After having the service I took my car for a run to find the tyre pressures were all over the the place,I would have thought that would have been a main priority to make sure the car was fit for driving on the road

Thank you for your feedback. You know that your car failed the MOT test & considerable time was spent carrying out the necessary repair. This left insufficient time to then re-programme your car. This was explained to you on collection & we had understood that you required your car to be ready so that you were not delayed. We are sorry that under these circumstances we were unable to complete all the work on the day. Thank you for your 'still the best BMW garage in the area' comment.
