I was disappointed that the parts were not available on the premises to rectify the faults found and that the software update required to be downloaded from a central computer before being available. I have yet to hear from the BMW centre re work.

After a detailed and informative conversation with your service team, the car was fixed and back to normal within 48 hours during a particularly bad period of weather, when many other local businesses were closed.

they fixed the problem with the tailgate rattle and so far it has been ok .ive washed the car a couple of times and no problem with the locks, so fingers crossed.
