Grassicks are an excellent dealership which always puts customer care first which in the days of the larger dealer groups is very rare.
I went through Grassicks for body and alloy repairs so I could use their preferred repairer and consequently ensure they were aware of the full history of my car. They even did a QE AND gave me a courtesy car for 2 weeks.
Helpful staff and work completed satisfactorily within time indicated
Service was completed exactly as expected, the work was explained, the car was returned quickly, and all work undertaken was covered by the 5 year service plan
All requested work completed on time as promised and the car returned beautifully cleaned.
The service and the cleaning afterwards were good. What pulled my mark down was "listening". I specifically asked if the headlamp washer cover could be put back on during the service. I didn't ask for a £700 quote for other work to come 2 days later.
They did what they said they would do and within the agreed timescale.

They are very accomidating when I've had to move my appointment a couple of times, no issues. When you get there you are greeted well and kept up to date with progress and if there's any extra problems they will come and explain things to you.
This is my second visit to get my wheels sorted. A little annoyed that no one had ordered the msport stickers for them so I'll now need to make a thirds 70 mile round trip to get them put on.

It took longer than I was expecting to switch the winter wheels for the summer wheels, almost 2 hours. Whilst its always really nice to have your car washed and normally this is done to a good standard. On this occasion it wasn't very clean.

Phoned to make appt to change winter /summer tyres. Collection from home is on Thursdays which I couldn't do. Rather grumpy (unusual for Grassicks!) receptionist said they would get back to me with another date . They didn't - I went in 3 days later

I have always enjoyed excellent service from Grassicks - a a garage which is a joy to be with. But something has changed recently. They don't return phone calls, there seems to be no continuity of service, they don't seem willing to address faults

Thank you for your feedback. You know that your car failed the MOT test & considerable time was spent carrying out the necessary repair. This left insufficient time to then re-programme your car. This was explained to you on collection & we had understood that you required your car to be ready so that you were not delayed. We are sorry that under these circumstances we were unable to complete all the work on the day. Thank you for your 'still the best BMW garage in the area' comment.

Cannot give a 5 because my choice of car was for caravan towing. I selected the factory fitted tow bar and electrics. I expected the electrics to incorporate the 13 pin Euro socket to include full electrics for battery & fridge This is not the case
At BMW's garage in Perth, the sales staff helped us to find the model fittied to our needs. A test drive was arranged immediately and the agreement made. The whole process was smooth and well organised from start to handover of the vehicle.
