Whilst I am aware that the service person at the desk does the booking in of customers cars all the time .I did feel that I was cut short as to who I was and why I was there.
Grassicks seem keen to offer service as well as reasonable pricing.I bought the car at Stirling branch on pricing but service seems over stretched and and on all occasions they have to call back.
I took my car for my end of warranty check and MOT 14/01/16 and mentioned that my n/s front wheel had corosion. I waited for the car and was told that two new wheels had been ordered and I would be informed.This I thought included the n/s front .
Grassicks continue to treat me as if I were their only Customer.
The faulty NOX sensor was diagnosed quickly and repaired the same morning.Goodbye £500.

I brought the key in as it was showing it needed a new battery but it is still saying the same after you replaced the battery

Given a time next day to come in for investigation of engine warning light on dash when I phoned late in afternoon. Investigation showed replacement parts required and full costing given by Ivan and explanation of work needed.
This is my first BMW , I visited the garage to look at an M3 and was well looked after by the sales team on my visit , I eventually decided on a M4 which suited my needs and was well looked after by the sales team .
