From initial contact, to booking the car in, to dropping the car off, to the work being completed and then getting the car returned everything worked seamlessly.
In addition to it's first service my X5 had a slight problem in that the lid in the floor of the boot would come out of it's right hand fixing when it was opened up and this was rectified without any additional charge which was pleasing.
Everything about the service was fine
Service reception lady was friendly and faultless with her check in, service explanation, billing and coutesy vehicle to and from shops. X3 was serviced at a convenient time and only took a few hours. Well done Grassicks
I would have ticked completely satisfied if the visit had actually fixed the fault. I still get the occasional squeal on take off after releasing the hand brake. Otherwise the service and staff courtesy are excellent.

The service I received was exceptional. My exhaust broke in two (under warranty) returning home from a family weekend away. With a full car and 2 young kids on board, Grassicks took us in, identified the issue and subsequently arranged a courtesy car
